This survey draws on a sample of more than 7,700 taken from eleven markets in Asia and Europe.
The report shows that :
- 78.7% of respondents agree that sustainable travel is vital,
- The pandemic has increased awareness and popularity of sustainable travel
- Consumers are demanding more sustainable travel options but providers need to explain and clearly label sustainable travel products, make it easier for consumers to find them and offer incentives.
